October 29
- 63rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, Phoenix - Phoenix Police are looking into what led up to a stabbing that killed a man and injured another on Saturday night.
- Stapley Drive and Main Street, Mesa - A person was injured after a car crashed into a Mesa church. 2 people were cited for traffic violations.
- 78th Street and Camelback Road, Scottsdale - Firefighters responded to reports of a fire on a second-story apartment. When they got there, they found flames on the patio and were able to put the fire out quickly.
- Loop 202 and Dobson Road, Mesa - A DPS trooper was read-ended on a Loop 202 off-ramp. No major injuries are reported, but authorities did say the other car involved rolled over and blocked the on-ramp.
- Rural Road and Southern Avenue, Tempe - Police say they responded to reports of an attempted break in around 5:40 a.m. When officers got there, they found a male who doesn't live at the home who had been shot. He's expected to be OK and no one else was injured. It's not known if the person who was shot was a victim or a suspect.
October 28
- Lower Buckeye Road and 35th Avenue, Phoenix - Giovanni Hermosillo Falcon, 24, was killed after a 2-car crash in Phoenix. He was in an SUV and the other driver was in a 10-wheel dump truck. "Preliminary information suggests the speed of the SUV was a factor in the collision," Phoenix Police said.
- I-17 and 7th Avenue, Phoenix - A massive fire broke out in downtown Phoenix Saturday afternoon sending a huge plume of smoke into the air seen across the Valley.
October 27
- 37th Avenue and McDowell Road, Phoenix - Seven people, including five juveniles, were hurt in a three-car crash. One adult was critically injured.
- Cave Creek Road and Cheryl Drive, Phoenix - Two people were displaced following a fire at a mobile home park. No injuries were reported.
- 91st and Olive Avenues, Peoria - A child has been rushed to the hospital after being pulled from a swimming pool.
- 35th Avenue and Osborn Road, Phoenix - A crash involving two vehicles is under investigation. We're told the occupants will survive.
- 59th and Northern avenues, Glendale - A house fire has caused two people to be displaced.
October 26
- 51st Avenue and Baseline Road, Phoenix - A man died after being stabbed multiple times in south Phoenix. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Frank Sunn. No suspect information was released.
- 75th Avenue and Camelback Road, Phoenix - A man is dead following a stabbing at a west Valley 7-Eleven.
October 25
- Val Vista Drive and Baseline Road, Mesa - 2 people are being treated after a crash and three others didn't need to be taken to the hospital. Police are investigating.
- 16th Street and Osborne Road, Phoenix - 2 adults and 2 juveniles were taken to the hospital after a crash on Oct. 25. One of the adults has life-threatening injuries.
- 35th Avenue and Van Buren Street, Phoenix - Firefighters extinguished a fire at an appliance shop after an off-duty firefighter spotted the flames and called 911. No injuries were reported.
- 83rd Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road - An investigation is underway after two people were found shot and killed in Peoria.
- Gilbert and Guadalupe Roads - A suspect has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Gilbert that left a woman dead.
October 24
- 59th and Glendale avenues, Glendale: At around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting. They found a male who had been shot but is expected to be OK. No suspects are in custody.
- 23rd Avenue and Beardsley Road, Phoenix: Police say they responded to reports of an injured person in the area. They found an unconscious infant who was pronounced deceased at the hospital. " Preliminary information suggests there are no signs of foul play however the investigation remains active," Phoenix Police say.
- 35th and Dunlap Avenues - Police say a man was found with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived at the scene.
- 38th and Clarendon Avenues - Crews battled a fire at a junkyard in Phoenix where multiple vehicles went up in flames. No injuries were reported
October 23
- 55th Avenue and Osborn Road, Phoenix: A home in Phoenix caught fire. Flames and smoke were seen coming from the back of the home. Six people and a dog are displaced. No injuries are reported.
- College Avenue and McKellips Road, Tempe - A FedEx crash slammed into a home in Tempe Monday afternoon. Three people were evaluated by first responders and one of them was taken to the hospital.
- Near Loop 101 and Loop 202, Chandler - A lane was partially blocked on Loop 202 West on the morning of Oct. 23 as a result of a vehicle fire, according to DPS officials.
- Loop 101 and Bell Road - A single-car accident that happened at around 3:38 a.m. sent the driver, along with a passenger, to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to DPS officials.
- 7th and Northern Avenues - A juvenile gunshot wound victim was being taken by ambulance to the hospital at the time of the crash.
- 56th Street and Deer Valley Drive - A man with multiple gunshot wounds died after he was transported to an area hospital.
