October 8
- 3 women hurt in four-car Phoenix crash
- I-10 and 43rd Avenue, Phoenix: Phoenix Police say a woman was injured after being shot while she says she was in a car with 2 others. She said a person from another car fired shots toward them, striking her.
- 75th Avenue and Thomas Road, Phoenix: The Phoenix Police Department says a man sustained minor injuries after someone allegedly shot from a car around 8:35 p.m.

October 7
- Shootout on Loop 101 in Glendale leaves 1 hurt
- Garage fire in Phoenix
- Rainbow Valley and Willis Road, Goodyear: A lightning strike caused a 30-acre brush fire. The fire is now out, and no one was hurt.
- Galvin Parkway and McDowell Road: Five people were treated after suffering a heat-related emergency at the Desert Botanical Garden. One person was hospitalized in stable condition.
- Woman stabbed in Phoenix, in life-threatening condition
- 8th Avenue and Alma School, Mesa: A two-car crash sent three people to the hospital. One of the victims needed to be pulled out of the vehicle.
- 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix: Four cars were involved in a crash just before 9 a.m. A man in his 50s was hospitalized in critical condition. Three other people refused to be taken to the hospital.
- I-10 near Palo Verde Road, Buckeye: The freeway was shut down due to a fiery multi-vehicle crash. It's not known if anyone was hurt.

October 6
- Southern Avenue and McClintock Drive, Tempe: Police say officers tried to stop a vehicle related to criminal activities in the area. The driver, however, failed to yield, and officers lost track of the suspect. The car was later found crashed nearby, and the two people inside the car fled. One of the two was letter detailed, and subsequently taken to the hospital. The other remains at large.
- Loop 101 and Baseline Road, Tempe: Police officials say a rollover crash happened in the area, and one car occupant had to be taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.

- 51st Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix: A serious motorcycle crash shut down the intersection. No other details have been released.

October 5
- Phoenix homeowner shoots, kills alleged intruder, police say
- 93rd Street and University Drive, Mesa: A man was shot after getting into a fight with another man. He is expected to survive. No other details were released about the incident.
- Near I-17 and Cactus Road, Phoenix: Phoenix Fire officials said crews were sent to the area for a structure fire, and when they arrived, they found two homes with smoke and flames coming from the rooflines. Two people had to be taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
- Crismon and University, Mesa: Officials with MCSO said deputies responded to the area during the early morning hours of Oct. 5, and found an adult man died with "suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident." A homicide investigation is ongoing.

- 51st Street and McDowell, Phoenix: A fire sparked on the second floor of an apartment complex at around 1 a.m. The unit was vacant, and it was extinguished before it could spread.

October 4
- 27th Avenue and Maryland, Phoenix: Two people were displaced after an apartment fire at around 9:45 p.m.
- 75th Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix: Six people were displaced following a house fire. Crews from multiple agencies responded to the scene and put out flames in the attic. No injuries were reported.

October 3
- 4th and Roosevelt Streets, Phoenix: Crews responded to a commercial building fire in downtown Phoenix. Firefighters found garbage burning behind the building. Everyone got out safely and the flames were quickly extinguished. No one was hurt.
- 43rd Avenue and Glendale, Phoenix - An adult male pedestrian was struck and killed by a car at around 7:15 p.m. The driver stayed at the scene. Impairment did not appear to be a factor, police said.

- Man kidnapped woman, took her car in north Phoenix: police
- Interstate 10 and Baseline Road, Guadalupe: Crews responded to a first-alarm fire in Guadalupe. The fire burned a vacant home. The cause of the flames are under investigation.

October 2
- 35th Avenue and Camelback Road, Phoenix: Police investigated reported of shots fired at a nearby high school. No injuries were reported, but police said they found evidence of multiple rounds being shot. The investigation is ongoing.
- 19th and Virginia Avenues, Phoenix: A man, identified as 72-year-old William Davis, was killed in a crash that sent another driver to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. "For unknown reason, [Davis] drifted into oncoming traffic at which time he collided with the second vehicle involved. It is not known if impairment was a factor in the collision," police said.
- Man shot several times in west Phoenix, investigation underway
- McDowell and Citrus Roads, Phoenix: Employees were evacuated after smoke was reported in the elevator control room of a three-story storage facility. No one was injured. Officials say it may have been caused by an electrical malfunction.
