May 14

- 7th Street and Broadway Road, Phoenix - A mobile home office at a junkyard caught fire. No injuries reported.
- 19th Avenue and Glendale, Phoenix - Three people were injured in a two-car crash. At least one of them is in critical condition.
- 65th Avenue and Olive, Glendale - An attic fire broke out at a group home for adults with disabilities. Four people have been displaced.
May 13
- Shooting at Phoenix apartment complex leaves teen in critical condition
- I-10 near Palo Verde Road, Buckeye - At least one person died in a crash involving a commercial vehicle.
- 48th Lane and Thomas Road, Phoenix - A man and woman are in extremely critical condition after a two vehicle accident.
May 12
- Teen dead following shooting in Phoenix: PD
- At least 1 dead after Loop 101 crash in Glendale
- Cactus Road and Cave Creek Road, Phoenix - Four residents and several pets were rescued during a mobile home fire. No injuries reported.
- 35th Avenue and Glendale, Phoenix - Luis Rafael Montoya, 36, was found dead in a nearby neighborhood. Police say he had obvious signs of trauma. Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
- Castle Hot Springs Road north of SR 74, Peoria - Benjamin Musser, a 24-year-old from Phoenix, died in a single-vehicle crash.
May 11

- 19th Avenue and Broadway, Phoenix - A carport fire spread into a home and left 4 people displaced. Hazmat crews also worked to secure a gas leak. No injuries reported.
May 10

- 20th Avenue and Jackson Street, Phoenix - Two cars caught fire under a metal-clad building. No injuries reported.
- Grand Avenue and Orangewood, Glendale - A fire destroyed an abandoned home at around 1:30 a.m. No other buildings were damaged, and no injuries were reported.
- Watson and Durango, Buckeye - Two vehicles were on fire outside a home. No injuries reported.
May 9

- 42nd Street and Vineyard Road, Phoenix - A teen was shot but is expected to survive. No suspects arrested.
- 35th Avenue and Acoma Drive, Phoenix - A driver died in a hit-and-run crash involving two vehicles just after 5:30 a.m. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene on foot and remains outstanding.
- 19th Avenue and Butler Drive, Phoenix - A man was found shot and killed just before 5:30 a.m. No suspects are in custody.
