August 6
- Phoenix apartment shooting leaves woman dead, man hurt
- Two wrong-way drivers caught on Phoenix-area freeways overnight
- Camelback Road and Jackrabbit Trail, Litchfield Park - No one was hurt after a home was destroyed in a fire at around 2 a.m.
- Man killed, 2 others hurt in Tonopah off-roading accident
August 5
- Woman arrested after dog attacked Phoenix officers: PD
- 61st Avenue and McDowell Road, Phoenix: A man was found shot at an apartment complex. The man was taken to a hospital in critical, but stable condition. The suspect remains on the loose.
- Phoenix house fire displaces 4 residents
- Tempe Police investigating 'incident' at Arizona Mills Mall
- 32nd Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix - A man was shot in the leg by an unknown suspect. He is expected to be okay, but detectives are still investigating what led up to the shooting.
- 41st Avenue and McDowell, Phoenix - A car fire spread to the attic of a single story home. Five people have been displaced, but no one was hurt.
August 4
- 7th Avenue and Tamarisk, Phoenix - A man was arrested for allegedly shooting at another man and striking the victim's vehicle. He had fled, but was eventually caught at a home near 18th Street and Warner following a barricade situation.
- Man in critical condition after being rescued while hiking in north Phoenix
- Hiker in critical condition after being rescued from South Mountain
- 6 displaced after double house fire in south Phoenix
- Rollover crash in Phoenix
- Near I-17 and Thomas in Phoenix: A rollover crash. It's unknown if there were any injuries.
- Woman last seen hiking in North Phoenix found dead
August 3
- Suspect dead after police shooting in Mesa
- 73rd Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix - Two people will be displaced after a fire sparked in the backyard of a home.
- Loop 101 near 75th Avenue, Glendale - Three people were hospitalized in a multi-vehicle crash.
- Car hits multiple pedestrians in north Phoenix, critically injuring child
August 2
- 12th Street and Hatcher Road, Phoenix - A woman identified as 47-year-old Charlotte Tomassie La Francis was killed after police say she ran a red light and crashed into another car around 3:50 p.m. She was driving northbound on 12th Street when she reportedly crashed into another car driving westbound on Hatcher. "No other injuries resulted due to this collision," police said.

- Cactus Road and I-17, Phoenix - A man was found laying outside a pool with people performing CPR. The man was in the pool for an unknown amount of time. He was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.
- Black smoke plume seen over Phoenix due to big fire near Downtown
- Suspect arrested, was driving erratically on I-10 before hitting another car: DPS
- 175th Avenue and Bell, Surprise - Firefighters extinguished a garage fire. No injuries reported.
August 1
- Man, woman killed in Chandler murder-suicide: police
- Boy in critical condition after being pulled from El Mirage pool
- Phoenix condo fire leaves woman in extremely critical condition
- Roosevelt Street and 21st Avenue, Phoenix - The Phoenix Fire Department says crews responded to reports of smoke in a building. When they got there, they found "light smoke dissipating inside with an electrical odor in the air." A hazmat team was called and "there have been no significant findings to report."
- Deadly crash closes U.S. 60 in Mesa
- 67th and Campbell Avenues, Phoenix: A pedestrian was hit by a car and is in critical condition. The driver stayed at the scene and told police the pedestrian was walking in the road when the collision happened. No signs of impairment for the driver were found.
- Suspect shot by Phoenix Police, another is detained; no officers injured
- Near 1st Street and Washington: Police were called to the scene for a bomb threat at a building.
July 31
- Woman killed in Tolleson crash, 2 others hurt
- Firefighter hospitalized after north Phoenix house fire
- 91st Avenue and Buckeye Road, Maricopa County - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says a serious crash happened in the area and that roads will be closed for the investigation. No more information was made available.
- 355th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, Tonopah - "Fire crews reported seeing smoke and flames from the fire station moments after dispatch. When they arrived they reported two single story structures were fully engulfed in flames. Crews have declared this to be a defensive fire so they are extending handlines and initiating a fire attack. There are no reports of residents inside or any injuries," Arizona Fire and Medical said on July 31.

- 'Multiple patients' sent to the hospital following fire in Chandler
- Central Avenue and Baseline Road, Phoenix: Fifteen people were displaced following a fire at a two-story apartment complex. No injuries were reported.
- 5th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, Phoenix: Police say a pedestrian was hit by a car after being pushed into the road by a man. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
