SILENT WITNESS: Phoenix Police looking for trailer theft suspect
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Phoenix Police are asking for your help, as they look for those they say are responsible for stealing a trailer from a storage facility.
In a statement sent Sunday morning, police said the incident happened at around 3:20 a.m. on November 27, 2017, at Extra Space Storage on the 3700 block of Bell Road. Police said a 57-year-old man's 2015 enclosed Pace Box Trailer was stolen from the facility, by person or persons who used a vendor gate code to get inside the facility.
The trailer, police say, had about $20,000 worth of cooking equipment.
The suspects' car has been described by police as possibly a 1990s red Ford Explorer, or a similar car. Police did not have a description of the suspect or suspects.
