Phoenix city councilmember steps into holiday light controversy

A Phoenix city councilmember is getting involved in the controversy over a locally-famous holiday light display in the Arcadia neighborhood.

On Monday, FOX 10 Phoenix reported that after 30 years, the light display is going dark. The homeowner known as "Christmas Lee" said he won't be putting up the lights, due to new rules from the City of Phoenix.
