Colorful artwork in some historic Phoenix neighborhoods creating controversy

PHOENIX (KSAZ) -- It's called the Phoenix Mural Project, which is an effort to brighten up some neighborhoods.

Not everyone, however, is on board with the colorful artwork. FOX 10's Matt Galka spoke with residents who are talking about the program.
