Arizona weather forecast: Temps drop across the state

Another day of mild temperatures is forecast for Friday. A high of 83 is expected in Phoenix with gusts of 25-30 mph.

A few clouds will pass over the Valley, and by Friday night into early Saturday morning, an isolated shower will be possible along the northern edge of the Valley.

It is more likely we'll see scattered rain showers and even a few snow showers over northern and eastern Arizona from Friday night through Saturday morning.

Lingering rain showers are possible in northern Arizona throughout the day Saturday. Again, it will be breezy across the state and cooler. The high is forecast to hit 81 in Phoenix with morning lows around freezing in Flagstaff.

Once Saturday's system exits the state, the temperature takes a quick rebound!

Highs return to the upper 80s in Phoenix on Sunday, low 90s Monday, and upper 90s are possible by next Tuesday.
